Hudson’s Bay geopend in Amsterdam

Begin september is op het Rokin in Amsterdam de allereerste Hudson’s Bay van Nederland geopend. Maar daar blijft het niet bij. In Nederland zullen maar liefst 10 warenhuizen van het Canadese bedrijf worden geopend. Allemaal op de beste locaties.
Aan Amsterdam dus de eer om als eerste te openen. Hudson’s Bay bestaat op het Rokin uit 4 panden. Een pand daarvan is alleen op vrouwen gericht, wat natuurlijk erg fijn is. Op de begane grond worden horloges, sieraden en zonnebrillen verkocht en op de andere etages dames kleding. De verschillende etages zijn vrij leeg ingericht en is is veel ruimte tussen de rekken. Dit vind ik een pluspunt. Je hebt dan beter overzicht en doet niet rommelig aan. Hudson’s Bay verkoopt leuke merken. Ook merken die ik eerder nog niet kende. Ik kom dus nog terug om alles nog net iets beter te inspecteren en waarschijnlijk loop ik met een tas van de Hudson’s Bay naar buiten!

Op de bovenste verdieping van de Hudson’s Bay (het deel voor de vrouwen) heeft chef kok Ron Blauw het restaurant Nacarat geopend. De keuken is geïnspireerd op het Midden-Oosten. Ik ben heel nieuwsgierig naar deze nieuwe spot. Deze spot wordt dus nog vervolgd!
