In het voorjaar van 2017 heeft Dignita Amsterdam een tweede vestiging geopend. Dit op een wel hele mooie locatie. De nieuwe vestiging is namelijk geopend in de Hoftuin. Een hele mooie binnentuin achter de Hermitage aan de Nieuwe Herengracht. Dat betekent dus een heel mooi groot terras waar je heerlijk in het zonnetje kunt zitten ontbijten, lunchen of borrelen. Zit je hier op het terras dan vergeet je eigenlijk dat je gewoon in het centrum van Amsterdam zit. Je geniet hier van het groen, de rust en vooral de gezellige sfeer die hier hangt. Natuurlijk niet te vergeten zijn de overheerlijke gerechten die je kunt bestellen. Want wat staat er al zo op de menukaart? Mijn favoriet zijn de pancakes, overgoten met dadels salted caramel’ mascarpone, geflambeerde banaan, verkruimeld luchtig toffeeschuim & pure ahornsiroop. Proberen dus! Wat ook lekker is, is het broodje romige paddenstoelen; gebakken enoki, portabello, bundelzwam & button paddestoelen met truffel crème fraîche geserveerd op huisgemaakt brood met snijbiet en Emmentaler kaas.
Het is de tweede vestiging dus. Dignita zit ook al in Amsterdam Zuid op de Koninginneweg.
