Bar & Brasserie OCCO is gelegen in het hotel The Dylan aan de Keizersgracht. Naast  de brasserie OCCO heeft The Dylan ook een sterren restaurant: Vinkeles. Een van de mooiste plekjes van het hotel is verder de romantisch verstopte binnentuin. Hier kun je heerlijk in de zomer een drankje drinken of fijn dineren. In de winter kun je trouwens heerlijk in de lobby van het hotel bij de openhaard een goed glas wijn drinken. En bij Bar & Brasserie Occo kun je weer de lekkerste cocktails drinken of een toegankelijke maaltijd eten.  Op de menukaart staan uiteenlopende gerechten, zoals een Ceaser salade, Black Angus Burger of ravioli.  De hoofdgerechten kosten net onder de 20 euro. Naast lekker eten, zit je hier ook in een fijne luxe omgeving wat hoort bij het 5 sterren hotel The Dylan.
Het interieur heeft een klassieke maar tegelijk ook een huiselijke look. Er wordt veel gebruik gemaakt van velours, marmer en koper. De eyecather is de bar, die uitnodigt om cocktails te drinken.
